Afterpay: Showpo Introduces New Form Of Buying

Imagine it’s Thursday, you’ve just swiped right to a dude so hot he gives you teenage Bieber fever. You score a date with him on Friday night and then you realise that you own absolutely nothing appropes even though your wardrobe probs looks like this…

You find something you love on Showpo (like this hot AF number sure to have him squirming in his seat) but alas, your bank account is sadder than an empty bottle of wine with no fresh one in sight.

Well ladies, have I got good news for you. Afterpay is a clever little addition NEW to our site and he really wants to help a lass out who wants something now and not later (so, all of us then).

So what devil is it?

Afterpay makes things easier on the ol’ purse strings by staggering your payments for a purchase across 4 equal payments every 2 weeks. But unlike lame layby, which hasn’t been cool since the 90s (soz Cher ^), you get your items straight away like a regular purchase.

How does it work?

All new customers using Afterpay are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. Once you’ve completed paying off your first Afterpay order, you won’t be considered a new customer, making it even easier the next time around.

 What do I need?

A debit or credit card, to be in Australia and over 18 – THAT’S IT!

What happens if I’m naughty and don’t have the cash at payment time?

If you fail to make a payment at any time, you’ll be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid. All the Afterpay terms and conditions are here.

So as of next Tuesday, look out for the Afterpay option at the checkout and enjoy more Showpo!

The new way to pay #afterpayit 🙂
